1. College degree or above, major in communication, literature, marketing, etc., familiar with Internet media industry, more than 2 years working experience in new media operation;
2. Have solid writing skills, good creative thinking, strong activity planning ability, good at summarizing and analyzing data, able to capture news and social hot spots keenly;
3. Familiar with the planning and operation of large-scale Internet products, have a deep understanding of Internet products, have good product analysis, summary and induction ability, have strong insight and analysis ability, and have good media and platform connections;
4. Like and willing to accept new things, have a flexible mind, have good data analysis ability, language and written expression ability, have experience in well-known we-media, Internet companies or have rich we-media promotion resources is preferred;
