东至县生活垃圾卫生填埋场设计填埋库容约为156.2万立方米，垃圾场产生的渗滤液输送至渗滤液调节池，并最终送至渗滤液处理站处理，渗滤液调节池池容10000立方米，渗滤液站处理规模100吨/天，渗滤液处理后出水按照国家环保部颁布的最新标准《生活垃圾填埋场污染控制标准》（国标16889-2008）表2排放标准，渗滤液经渗滤液处理站处理达标后经管道排入附近排水沟渠。
