Project operation Reserve Manager

Job responsibilities:

1. Responsible for coordinating and supervising the preparation, equipment installation, construction and operation and maintenance of the landfill and leachate treatment station in the company headquarters to ensure the normal implementation of the project and operation work according to the plan and schedule;

2. Be responsible for the management system construction, process and system construction of each project and operation business;

3. Responsible for inspecting, guiding and supervising the formulation and implementation of the construction plan and schedule of the new project site, supervising the implementation of the plan of each project site, and ensuring the normal operation after completion;

4. Coordinate operation problem feedback installation and installation problem feedback manufacturing to form summary and archive;

5. Organize the audit of new project design scheme, construction scheme, etc;

6. Coordinate and ensure the project and operation progress, quality, efficiency, safety, duration and personnel to ensure smooth progress;

7. Responsible for coordinating the resources of personnel, manufacturing and technology, and providing support for the construction and later operation of environmental protection projects.

8. Report the daily work to the general manager on a regular basis, and handle the emergencies in the process of project construction with the authorization of the general manager.


Job requirements:

1. Bachelor degree or above in Environmental Science, environmental engineering, chemical engineering or civil engineering;

2. More than 3-5 years working experience in environmental protection or construction engineering field, with large-scale project management experience, familiar with the technical process knowledge of environmental protection projects (sewage, solid waste, restoration, etc.) is preferred;

3. Be familiar with the operation process of project construction and operation management, master the key nodes, and have experience in engineering construction projects, especially in municipal public utilities, infrastructure or environmental protection projects;

4. Have good team management and external engineering resources integration ability, can carry out assessment and guidance.

5. Be able to travel frequently.

Working hours: 8:00-12:00 a.m., 14:00-18:00 p.m. (summer) 13:30-17:30 p.m. (winter), six days off, regular rest every Sunday, normal rest on legal holidays. Irregular League building activities
