1. Bachelor degree or above in civil engineering, civil engineering, mechatronics, etc. Have engineer title, national registered construction engineer certificate is preferred.
2. Work experience: More than 8 years of working experience in construction, real estate, mechanical and electrical equipment installation, and more than 3 years of working experience in charge of mechanical and electrical equipment installation or water and electricity installation;
3. Understand relevant national and local laws and regulations, mechanical and electrical installation industry technical specifications, familiar with monitoring points;
